Gujarat High Court rejects cop's petition

The Gujarat High Court on Friday rejected senior police officer Rahul Sharma's petition, moved on Thursday, against denial of information he needed to reply to a show cause notice served on him by the state government in February.

He has been hauled up by the government for giving information without permission to a judicial panel probing the 2002 Gujarat riots.
