Hazare gets 'get well soon' message from PM

Anna Hazare, who is hospitalised after his 12-day fast, today received a 'Get Well Soon' message from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Singh sent the message through an official of his personal staff along with a bouquet of flowers, PMO sources said.

Hazare is reportedly recovering well in a room on the 13th floor of Gurgaon-based Medanta Medicity hospital whose Chairman and Managing-Director Naresh Trehan was giving the nation live updates about the Gandhian's health while he was fasting at the sprawling Ramlila Grounds till Sunday morning.

Trehan and other doctors continue to monitor him closely and hope to release him from the hospital later this week.

Heavy security has also been deployed in and around the hospital's entry points to prevent 'intrusion' - either by media or supporters.

On day three of his stay at the hospital, some of Anna's ssociates have been allowed into the room.

Kiran Bedi was spotted using her cellphone and Arvind Kejriwal was standing next to Hazare's bed when Manish Sisodia brought in the bouquet of flowers from the Prime Minister today.
