Age CORRESPONDENT
NEW DELHI
The All-India Kisan Sabha has termed the recent hike in the minimum support price (MSP) of Kharif crops for 2010-11 as inadequate and asked the government to revise it. “This was a farcical and insensitive approach by the government to the farmers’ plight. The MSP announced does not provide any additional incentive to the farmers to cultivate these crops,” said AIKS general-secy K Varadha Rajan.
