How can Youtube videos be proof: Sabitha and Co.
Hyderabad: Former Home minister Sabita Indra Reddy and former Roads and Buildings minister Dharmana Prasad Rao filed a memo at the CBI Special Court in Nampally, on Wednesday, asking the court to order the CBI to produce the original CD containing the statements the former ministers gave to the media. The ex-ministers said that the CD attached by the CBI was unclear.
During the arguments when the CBI stated that the CD was made from footage from an online video browsing website, defence lawyers argued that evidence cannot be sourced from secondary platforms like a video website.
CBI went back on its word, says vijay, seeks chargesheet copy
Jagan Mohan Reddy’s auditor Vijay Sai Reddy who is an accused in Jagan’s quid-pro-quo dealings case, filed two memos at the CBI Special Court in Nampally, on Wednesday. The two memos pertain to the supplementary chargesheet filed on Monday by the CBI regarding Jagati Publications.
Vijay Sai Reddy filed one memo seeking permission to get a copy of the chargesheet to know the allegations against him. Vijay Sai, as in the case of most other charge-sheets in the case, remains accused number two in the supplementary chargesheet as well.
The second memo filed by him asked the CBI why another chargesheet relating to Jagati Publications is being filed. The CBI had said no other charges will be filed in the case against the firm.
