I’ve respect for all in House: FM
Nellore: Finance minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy said that he has all the respect for the members of the House and he is not in the habit of insulting anyone.
The minister was reacting to a question posed by media persons here over the opposition outcry against his speech during the Assembly sessions on Wednesday.
“If I have to give an explanation on the issue I will do it in the Assembly with the permission of the Speaker,” the minister said when he was told about strong reaction on his comments from the opposition parties.
It may be mentioned here that Ramanarayana Reddy rushed to Nellore after the Assembly was adjourned to take part in District Consultative Committee meeting of bankers in the afternoon.
Responding to another question over differences among the ministers with regard to giving legislative backing for Bangaru Talli scheme, he said that a Group of Ministers was constituted to formulate guidelines to give legislative backing to the scheme.
He added that it was a long-term scheme and they would examine the issue from all the angles before submitting a report to the Chief Minister.
He declined to comment on CBI case against Dasari Narayana Rao over allotment of coal mines. “I came to know about it through media and it is not right to comment,” minister said.
