Infant drowns in bucket at child welfare centre

In a tragic incident, a baby girl today drowned when she slipped and fell into a bucket of water at the Child Welfare Centre here.

18-month-old Annaniya died when she accidentally fell into the bucket full of water, staff of the Centre said. The District Collector has ordered a probe into the incident.
