Karuna meets Sonia over 2G spectrum row

DMK supremo and Tamil Nadu chief minister M. Karunanidhi meets Congress president Sonia Gandhi at her residence in New Delhi on Monday as DMK leaders T.R. Baalu, Dayanidhi Maran and Kanimozhi look on. Mr Karunanidhi said his party will not accept the Opposition’s demand for the resignation of telecom minister A. Raja over the 2G spectrum allocation controversy and said Mr Raja was being targeted because he was a dalit.
