Low intensity blast in Pune, one child injured

A low intensity blast took place at the Laxmi Tara Complex at Dangee Chowk in Pune on Friday evening.

According to television reports, a five-year-old child has been injured in the untoward incident.

The nature of the blast is not known yet. Police officials are trying to ascertain the cause of the blast.

Bomb disposal squads have also rushed to the spot.

Further details into the incident are awaited.
