Madhya Pradesh insulates IAS officers from CBI

A gazette notification issued by the Madhya Pradesh government completely insulates Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service and Indian Forest Service officers of the Madhya Pradesh cadre serving under the state government from investigation by the CBI of alleged offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, or any other offence. The extraordinary gazette notification was issued October 12, 2012.
