Mallika: Protest against ‘injustice’ will continue

Noted danseuse Mallika Sarabhai, who was taken into preventive custody after she made a bid to protest against the Gujarat government at Naroda Patiya, said her agitation against “injustice” in the state will continue.

“I just have to say that the detention makes everything that Modi is doing at the GMDC ground and every single word he has spoken about repentance

a lie...The protest will continue,” she told reporters here. “I along with close to hundred other people, most of whom were victims of the terrible

violence at Naroda Patiya, were detained and just released,” Ms Sarabhai said.
