Mosque firing: All angles still probed, 1 held
An Old Delhi property dealer was held by the Delhi police special cell in connection with the firing on Taiwanese nationals outside the Jama Masjid on Sunday, with investigations suggesting that ammonium nitrate was used in a crude bomb planted in a car parked some distance away.
Delhi police commissioner Y.S. Dadwal said Monday that the police continued to investigate all angles, ruling out a claim made on Sunday that the attack was not the work of a terrorist outfit. "I don’t know who said that," he responded when asked about it.
