MP: Can’t give opinion in six days

Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has written a letter to Union finance minister Pranab Mukherjee making it clear that it is not possible for the state government to send its views on the draft Lokpal Bill within a short period of six days. The CM also expressed surprise that the state government’s views have been

sought only on six points linked with the draft of the Lokal bill and not the entire gamut of issues linked withit. The CM has taken this stand in response to the Union finance minister’s letter sent to him on May 31, 2011.
