No goof up in putting govt side in 2G scam in SC: Moily
Law minister Veerappa Moily on Thursday dismissed suggestions that his ministry failed to properly present the government's side in the spectrum case in Supreme Court which has questioned the delay by the PMO in deciding on sanction for prosecution of former telecom minister A. Raja.
"Nothing has gone wrong in the court.... I know the Supreme Court more than you do," he told reporters outside Parliament. Accusing media of creating a hype on the issue, the minister rejected suggestions that the law officers had "goofed up". "No, you have goofed up," Moily shot back.
