Nupur Talwar writing book on Aarushi’s death
Nupur Talwar, accused in the 2008 twin murder of her teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, is writing a book on the mystery behind her daughter's death in Dasna jail where she is lodged, prison officials said.
She has even come up with a title for her book Mystery behind Aarushi's death: Story of an unfortunate mother and has already completed writing 17 pages, they said.
"Dr Talwar had sought our permission to write and publish the book. I asked her to seek the court's approval and whatever she want to disclose about this case in her proposed book, she must bring the facts before the court during the trial," Jail Superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma said.
"She told me she will write the book and will sought court's permission to publish it," he said.
According to jail officials, Talwar has compared the Aarushi murder mystery to that of the unsolved death case of Princess Lady Diana, reportedly killed in a car accident.
Sharma said Dr Talwar has collected data of 10 unsolved murder cases in the world for the book. Dr Talwar was lodged in Dasna Jail on April 30 after sessions judge Shyam Lal rejected her bail application saying there was prima facie evidence against her.
