PIL against PM, Team A members
A PIL has been filed in the Bombay high court against two members of Team Anna, Prashant Bhushan and Arvind Kejriwal, along with 14 Union ministers, including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
The petitioner has demanded that instead of levelling allegations on a public forum, the high court intervene and force Team Anna to hand over what evidence it has against the ministers for investigation.
Petitioner Hemant Patil, who filed the PIL, has pleaded that Team Anna should lodge a complaint in the proper forum such as the high court.
“They should file a case and give the evidence to the court of law rather than taking up the issue on a public forum and threatening to agitate in public, thus causing inconvenience to everyone. It is equally wrong to demand from the Union government a special investigation team to launch an inquiry,” said advocate R.V. Kachave, counsel for the petitioner.

Bsy cornered, running out of options: hegde
age Correspondent
Bengaluru, June 6
Hitting out against former Karnataka chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, Justice Santosh Hegde rubbished the claims of Mr Yeddyurappa as a statement from somebody who is cornered and is running out of options.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, the former Lokayukta, who had indicted Mr Yeddyurappa over illegal mining in the state, said, “Even with his own partymen turning their backs on him, he is running out of people to accuse.
He feels cornered and this why he is making such false statements.”
Earlier, Mr Yeddyurappa hit out against his own partyman MP Ananth Kumar for poisoning the minds of BJP Central leaders such as L.K. Advani and for deliberately putting the Lokayukta on him.
