Protest over childrens' deaths

Nearly 250 to 300 angry demonstrators gathered in front of the gates of the B.C. Roy Hospital for Children in the eastern part of the city to protest over the death of three children this morning.

The police said that the three children died last night in the hospital.

Hospital sources could not be contacted to ascertain the cause of deaths.

The road on which the hospital is located was closed to traffic for about 45 minutes due to the agitation.
