Psycho-analysis test conducted on maderna

The CBI, probing the Bhanwari Devi case, on Wednesday conducted a detailed psychological analysis test on former Rajasthan minister Mahipal Maderna. The psychological analysis test, sources said, lasted for more than three hours.

According to sources, Mr Maderna was asked specific questions related to Bhanwari Devi and his alleged relations with the 36-year-old folk singer. The psychological analysis test is conducted to read the behavioural psychology of a person, sources added.
“After analysing his behavioural psychology, the officials probing the case will decide whether he can be subjected to narco-analysis and lie-detector tests or not. However, for conducting narco-analysis and lie-detector tests, the agency will first need to seek his consent as legal provisions entail that such tests cannot be conducted without his permission,” sources added.
The CBI officials questioned Baby Bishnoi, a close friend of Bhanwari, in Jodhpur. They are also recording the statement of Bhanwari’s driver Farooq.
