Raje to launch rajasthan yatra after budget

Former Rajasthan CM and state BJP president Vasundhara Raje is all set to launch a statewide yatra soon after the Budget Session of the Assembly. According to party sources, Raje camp leaders have been busy finalising the route for the yatra to consolidate the party’s position ahead of the Assembly elections due in year-end.

She will visit all the Assembly segments in Rajasthan and big rallies will be organised at the divisional headquarters.
According to source, her yatra will be launched from tribal-dominated South Rajasthan. It will be mammoth rally and senior leaders will be present in it, said a party leader. According to sources, Raje had discussed the yatra programme with party leaders in Delhi. She had undertaken a similar exercise named as Parivartan Yatra in year 2003, that resulted in the party’s return to power in Rajasthan.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
