Raje to take workers’ feedback
Terming party’s Suraj Sankalp Yatra a success, the BJP leaders have been engaged in gathering feedback from the party’s ranks. The state BJP president, Ms Vasundhara Raje, is scheduled to conduct a feedback session from August 22 in Dholpur from her residence.
According to the party sources, the former chief minister will meet the district unit presidents and office bearers to gather feedback about the outcome of the yatra. She will also meet party MLAs, MPs and former legislators and give them a hearing.
“The party office-bearers from districts and grassroot levels will call on the state president in Dholpur and give the feedback,” said a party leader. It was second time when Ms Raje is going to conduct a feedback session from her residence in Dholpur. She also had conducted similar exercise last year when she was the Leader of the Opposition.
The legislators and senior leaders made a beeline for meet her at Dholpur palace.
Though the party leaders and office bearers met her in Dholpur but a group of RSS backed leaders protested against it.
Even former home minister Gulab Chand Kataria objected it.
