Raman intervenes in mantri-babu spat
Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh on Tuesday intervened to end the ongoing tussle between influential tourism minister Brij Mohan Agrawal and chief secretary Sunil Kumar, which threatened to lead his government to a crisis ahead of Assembly polls in the state.
Mr Kumar, an IAS officer, had recently recommended the CM to go for CBI probe into the allegations of corruptions in the state education department, when he was in-charge of the section, causing embarrassment to the government.
