SC: Show us complaint on Radia’s role
The Supreme Court Monday sought a copy of the complaint from the government against corporate lobbyist Niira Radia, referred to in the I-T department’s affidavit alleging she was an “agent” of a foreign intelligence agency who was indulging in “anti-national” activities. A two-member bench directed attorney-general Goolam E. Vahanvati to supply in a “sealed cover” the copy of the complaint against Radia received on November 16, 2007 by the then finance minister.
