Skulls, bones found near lake

Six skulls and 15 femur bones were found in a gunny bag lying on the banks of a lake in a village near here on Wednesday, police said.

The bag, slightly torn, was found by some farmers who were grazing their cattle near the lake in Venkatagiri village in Bengaluru rural district.

"Upon seeing some bones jutting out of the bag, the farmers immediately alerted the police", police sources said.
