Sonia Gandhi skips PM's lunch for Zardari

UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi on Sunday skipped the lunch hosted by the Prime Minister in honour of Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari apparently due to ill health.

The Congress president, who was invited for the lunch, had sent a letter of regret, sources said. Ill health was apparently the reason cited by Gandhi for not being able to attend the lunch, the sources said.
