SP leader injured in accidental shot

A Samajwadi leader was injured when his revolver accidentally went off in Modinagar district here, police said on Friday. The incident occurred late on Thursday night when a revolver kept in the pocket of Samajwadi Party State Secretary Ram Pal Singh accidentally went off leaving him injured, police circle officer Veer Singh said. Singh was rushed to a hospital where he is said to be out of danger, he said.
