Telangana schools to stay closed on Saturday
Hyderabad: The Telangana Students’ JAC gave a 48-hour bandh call from Friday 5 am to Saturday 5 pm in both Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts. The OU JAC leaders declared that they will block highways at Mahbubnagar and Guntur to prevent Samaikyandhra supporters entering the city. And the Telangana Private School Management Association has also declared a bandh for all schools in the Telangana region on Saturday.
MRPS chief Manda Krishna Madiga asked people to keep away from the APNGOs anti-Telangana rally. “APGNOs meeting for Samaikyandhra are personally supervised by the CM and the DGP.
Government denies permission to T-supporters in Seemandhra and Telangana, but gives permission to Seemandhra leaders. I appeal to SCs and STs from Seemandhra region to stay away from the APNGOs meeting. Private vehicles coming to the meet will be doing so at their own risk,” he said.
Meanwhile, TRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao urged T-activists to observe restraint and ensure peace despite provocative postures by APNGOs.
