Three sentenced to life imprisonment in murder case

A local court has sentenced three persons to rigorous life imprisonment in a 11-year-old murder case.

Special Judge Sanjev Fauzdar awarded the life sentence to Virendra, Prem Pal and Harish Chadra on Wednesday for murdering Shiv Kumar Shakya of village Gopalpur on March 21, 2000.

The FIR in the matter was registered at Dannahar Police Station. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on each of the accused.
