TPC murder party job, says killer

T.P. Chandrasekharan, telling the police that he killed “not for money” but to obey the dikat of a member of the party in Kannur The confession by Rejeesh, who was picked up by the Special Investigation Team from the interior Savanthwadi on the Maharashtra-Goa border, was contained in the remand note filed by SIT at the Vadakara First Class Judicial Magistrate Court on Friday.
The suspect denied he was the key conspirator but admitted he joined the killer squad on the direction of Panur area committee member, P. K. Kunhananthan, who was still at large.
Kirmani Manoj and Anoop, two other accused, had contacted him from the residence of Kunhananthan, he said.
The high-flier killer, as he is known to fly in with quotation jobs from Mumbai, disclosed he had made four previous attempts on Chandrasekharan. It was a party member’s order and his role in the conspiracy was limited to the execution.
He also admitted his role in five other assassinations, including the classroom murder of RSS leader K. .T Jayakrishnan.
