Renuka-charya — was the meeting held by the younger JD(S) czar with his party members at his guest house in Sadashivanagar on Tuesday afternoon, while his father, former PM H.D. Deve Gowda, was said to be pulling the strings.
JD(S) leaders remained tight-lipped, creating the impression that the party had little to do with Tuesday’s development which saw a team of BJP MLAs led by excise minister Renukacharya secure themselves in a Tamil Nadu resort.
