4.5-magnitude earthquake hits northwest China
A moderate 4.5-magnitude earthquake jolted Wenxian County in northwest China Saturday.
The epicentre, with a depth of six kilometres, was monitored at 33.0 degrees north latitude and 104.9 degrees east longitude, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
The quake came after a 6.6-magnitude earthquake jolted the juncture area of Minxian and Zhangxian counties in the city of Dingxi in Gansu on Monday, leaving at least 95 dead.
