Dev’s family yet to decide on funeral

The family of Hindi film actor-director Dev Anand, who passed away in a London hotel on Saturday night due to cardiac arrest, has yet to announce the final plans for his funeral. “We have put together a rough plan of what we are going to do

regarding Dev saab’s funeral arrangements,” UK Navketan representative Kenny Muir told this newspaper.
However, the family is keen on the approval of all the members involved. “We are waiting for key family members to come over and join us from India before a final decision is taken,” said Muir, who along with Dev Anand’s nephew, Tony Sarin, is one of two persons authorised by the family to make statements to the media.
