Dramatic IranAir landing caught on tape

A video uploaded online shows how pilots of an IranAir Boeing 727 managed to land the plane without landing gear.

The incident occured on October 18 when the jet, flying in from Moscow landed in Teheran.

Reports say the crew encountered problems with the landing gear just before approach but successfully managed to land the plane - carrying 94 passengers - safely.

"The crew subsequently performed a landing without the nose gear on runway 29L and came to a standstill on both main gear and the nose of the aircraft," Britain's Daily Mail quoted a spokesman.
