Harry’s ‘late night chat mystery woman’ revealed to be friend’s girlfriend

The ‘mystery woman’ who was photographed chatting with Prince Harry in a nightclub’s grotty stairwell this week has been found to be one of his old friends’ girlfriend.

Many had wondered if 27-year-old prince had a new love interest.

Wearing a short white dress, black tights and her shoes apparently missing, Lady Melissa ‘Missy’ Percy was the woman who shared a late night chat with the prince, the Daily Mail reported.

Missy is the daughter of the Duke of Northumberland and sister of George Percy, rumoured paramour of Pippa Middleton.

She also happens to be the best friend of Harry’s ex, Chelsy Davy, and is dating Tom Van Straubenzee, a friend of both the prince and his brother.

He split from Davy last year after seven on-off years.

St James’s Palace officials confirmed the young lady was the girlfriend of “one of the prince’s mates.”

Harry’s stairwell chat with Lady Melissa comes after he complained how hard it is find a girl who’s prepared to cope with being the partner of a prince.

He left the Brompton Club in West London with his police protection officers at 1.20 am, while the girl - who had kicked off her shoes and looked rather worse for wear - piled into a taxi with friends.

He was out on the town a few hours after returning from his successful tour of Belize, the Bahamas, Jamaica and Brazil.
