Italy man rips out his eyeballs in full public view

A churchgoer in Italy ripped out his eyeballs during a Sunday sermon, claiming 'he heard voices' asking him to do so.

According to the The Sun, Aldo Bianchini, 46, stood up during the sermon and dug into face with his bare hands, and then collapsed.

Many rushed to his help but doctors, later on in the hospital, failed to revive his sight.

"To do that requires superhuman strength," a doctor was quoted as saying by The Sun newspaper.
