Mum encourages 2-yr-old daughter to ''smoke'' pot

A shocking video of a two-year-old girl apparently smoking marijuana has emerged.

The video, taken by her mother, shows the little girl putting the joint to her lips and
puffing on the illegal drug.

And, single mum, Jessica Gamble, is heard encouraging and coaching her daughter on
the tape.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old calls out advice such as "Don't blow on it" as the youngster
giggles and watches cartoons.

Gamble has been charged with three serious offences, including corrupting a child with
drugs and may be jailed for as many as 11 year.

She is also facing charges of tampering with evidence after trying to destroy the one
minute 30 second long film after authorities were alerted.

The video, which was released by police, was shot on a mobile phone at Gamble's home
near Cincinnati, in Ohio, US.

"It's beyond disgusting. I would get very upset if I found out my 16-year-old daughter
was drinking a beer," the Sun quoted Joe Deters, Hamilton County Prosecutor as saying.

"It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching her child how to smoke a joint," he added.

The video was filmed in June and it came to police's notice after Gamble allegedly
forwarded it to a pal from her mobile phone.

Prosecutor Deters said the video indicates the girl is not inexperienced with smoking
pot.

He said: "It doesn't look like it's new, you know what I am saying.

"It looks like it's been smoked on for a while."
