Pakistan court to indict PM with contempt on Feb 13
Pakistan's top court will on February 13 indict Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani with contempt over a refusal to pursue corruption cases against the president, his lawyer said on Thursday.
"The court has decided to frame charges against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. He has been asked to be present in person on February 13 when he will be indicted," Gilani's lawyer Aitzaz Ahsan told reporters.
