Pakistani man chained wife, niece

A man chained his wife and his niece to prevent them from leaving their home in Lahore city. The women were unshackled by the police that was left confused when the niece accused her aunt of putting her in shackles.

Geo News reported that police unshackled the two women who were bound in chains.

Azhar Javed had detained his wife along with a teenage niece so that they could be prevented from leaving the house, which, he said, they both were fond of compulsively.

Later the niece baffled police by accusing her aunt Shamim of shackling her.
