Saeed dares US to take him out a la bin Laden

Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed has said he did not mastermind 26/11. “I did not do it and I condemn that incident,” he said.
“Supreme Court has cleared me and my organisation of any wrongdoing,” he added.
In an interview with a Pakistani television channel, the JuD chief said, “The US government is listening to the Indian lobby and not making its own decisions”.
He said the US government had a problem with the Defence of Pakistan movement against drone attacks and restoration of Nato supply and that was why it announced a bounty on him.
“The US can contact me anywhere. Why do they have to announce a bounty? I am not hiding,” he said.
Saeed said his presence had never caused any problem for Pakistan.
Asked what his reaction would be if the US conducted a raid similar to the covert operation against Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad to kill him, he said he did not fear the US.
Saeed has became one of only four terrorists for whom the US has offered a bounty of $10 million, joining the likes of Afghan Taliban chief Mulla Omar.
The only person with a higher bounty on his head is al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri, for whom the US has offered a reward of $25 million.
UN Security Council declared JuD a terrorist organisation in December 2008, soon after the Mumbai attack.
