Thirty injured in Nepal's bus accident

At least 30 people were injured when a high speed bus skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in a Nepalese district. The ill-fated bus fell 50 m down the road at a turning in Holangdi area of Tansen in Palpa district, 250 km west of Kathmandu, the police said.

At least 30 people were injured in the incident. The driver of the bus was drunk, the police added. The injured passengers have been admitted to a local hospital for treatment.
