A video of a 'heartbroken' dog in China has the Web buzzing.

The late 68-year-old Lao Pan's little companion is refusing to leave the site where his owner is buried and after skipping food for a week, villagers are now feeding the mutt.

According to reports, neighbours even tried to cox the dog away from the grave but it manages to find its way back every time.

The Web has been abuzz with the report with many claiming they were reduced to tears after watching the video.

Residents in the little Chinese village are now planning to build a kennel for the dog near his owner's grave.
