Malayali connection to Science Express!

When the Science Express, criss-crossing the country to create awareness on biodiversity and Climate Change, chugged into Ernakulam Junction, Kochiites had the pleasant surprise of the concepts being explained to them in Malayalam.

Of the 39 ‘Science Communicators’ deployed in the 16-coach unique mobile exhibition train, five are Keralites, who are away from their home for seven months altogether.

“We all have chosen this job out of passion,” Ebin Abraham, who hails from Edatva, said.

The journey started on June 5 from Safdurjung (New Delhi) and will conclude on December 22 at Gandhinagar.
