Malaysians get bail in drunken brawl case
A city court on Thursday granted bail to the two Malaysian natives who were arrested for a drunken brawl recently.
Ragunathan Sammugom of Kuala Lumpur and Vinod Dalvin Danniel of Selangoor Ehsam were asked to execute a bond of `25,000 along with guarantee by two solvent sureties for the like amount.
The central police arrested the duo for committing rioting at Jose junction Ernakulam on October 21. Subsequently, the police also found that the accused reached India as tourists but joined a career guidance centre at Kadavanthra as students in violation of the visa terms.
