Batman days are back
Batman has been in the news quite a bit lately with Ben Affleck being cast as the superhero in the planned superman crossover movie and sequels. However, we are here to talk about the upcoming game Batman Arkham Origins, which deals with the younger days of Batman. It features the same fast-paced combo heavy gameplay which the franchise has come to be known for. Here, Batman will be pushed to his limits as he is hunted by some of the world most notorious Assassins. He will be up against the likes of Deathstroke, Deadshot, Mad Hatter, The Penguin, Bane and a few others. The latest addition to the list of villains is in the form of Firefly; The Pyromaniac. While Arkham Origins’s single player mode seems to be shaping up really well with a wide variety of foes to keep you occupied, it’s the multiplayer that you should keep an eye out for. The unique 3 vs 3 vs 2 multiplayer looks to add multiplayer which isn’t just a half hearted run and gun mode. The new mode will feature 3 members of Jokers Gang vs 3 members of Bane’s gang vs Batman and Robin. Batman and Robin make up for the lack of numbers with special abilities while Gang members can unlock the option to bring in their gang leader with powerful abilities.
All in all Batman Arkham Origins looks pretty great though it is only available on current gen and PC. Many gamers are still being cautious as the title is the first in the series not being developed by Rocksteady Studios, who are rumored to working on another Batman title on next gen.
