“Vanity is my favourite sin,” Al Pacino had said and in what seemed like a room brimming with the sentiment, a bunch of Mumbai’s tony set was seeing indulging in some rather exquisite and needless to say, expensive beads and baubles at a recently launched accessories store in the maximum city.

Dressed in their sartorial best, the ladies carefully analysed every piece of jewellery, tried it on, admired what they saw, and gracefully put it down to hop on to the next item and repeat the cycle all over again.
Seen in the pictures above and alongside are models Tina Desai and Vidya Malvade trying on tribal looking neckpieces. While Tina is being assisted by the store owner Sonali Dalwani, Vidya seems more than happy to be playing her own stylist. So which one of them actually ended up buying what they are trying on? We’ll probably know when they make a red carpet appearance again.
