From limited edition luxury watches to racing car prototypes, to T-shirts, wallets, mobiles and watches; websites like snapdeal.com, shersingh.com and other brands are offering special range of products for circuit racing lovers as racing memorabilia.

Snapdeal.com has launched its new F1 inspired collection. Sandeep Komaravelly, VP, marketing, Snapdeal.com says, “We have tied up with Puma this season. We are offering T-shirts, jackets, caps and souvenirs like prototypes of car and toys. There are some 100 products on offer, which cost between Rs 600 to Rs 6,000.” Snapdeal is also reaching out to its target audience via Facebook and Twitter. “We created a contest on F1. And the winners were given couple passes to attend the race,” adds Komaravelly.
Sher Singh, the brand specialising in sports lifestyle, has launched the Race Day Collection. “The collection’s highlights are three long-sleeved polos in red, navy blue and black. Racing elements such as the Monaco Grand Prix and the Chicane among others have inspired the colours on these shirts,” explains Rahul Batra, men’s brand director at Sher Singh.
“We’ve designed the polos keeping in mind the jeans and cap clad youngster. This is a classic F1 look on a Sunday afternoon,” says Batra. Here, the pinch on your pocket can be anywhere between Rs 999 and Rs 1,119. Batra adds, “Additionally, there is 20 per cent discount on the collection.”
Luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer has introduced India Racing Limited Edition 2012. These 250 watches have been adorned with the logo of ‘Mastering Speed for 150 Years’. Sports major Puma, an official licensing partner for Ferrari and the supplier of team and race wear for Scuderia Ferrari, too has come up with a line of apparel and accessories.
Fashion designer Hemant Sagar, of Lecoanet Hemant, has come up with a F1 collection. He says his line is designed keeping in mind the zealous youth. Says Hemant, “The collection comprises polo T-shirts, plus matching shoulder bags. The T-shirts cost Rs 4,400. Bags are priced at Rs 7,900.”
Many parties in Delhi are based on the F1 theme. “This has resulted in a demand for F1-inspired props like Afro wigs, vuvuzelas, beer helmets, caps and beer glasses,” said Aditya Kapur, owner of Party Hunterz.
