Katrina injures leg on shoot

Katrina Kaif, who has been globe-trotting for the last few months, is finally back in the city. And her body, it seems, is keeping track of her adventures. Over the winter, Kat has been to Cuba to shoot for Ek Tha Tiger opposite Salman Khan, and then on to London to film Yash Raj’s next with Shah Rukh. And when in London, she was quite the daredevil; taking her biker chick performance from Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara to another level.
But all that came with a price. The actress was riding a bike for a particular scene in the film when she had a nasty injury. “Her leg brushed against the silencer but it was only a superficial burn,” says her spokesperson, adding that she nevertheless had to get her leg bandaged.
But while most actresses would have desperately tried finding ways and means to hide the bandaged wound, Kat was too busy trying to show off what a daredevil she has been. So at a recent event Kat turned up wearing a short dress, with the bandage in full public view.
“I think I’m living up to my biker image,” she laughed. “I injured my leg during the shoot of Yashji’s film. It’s a minor burn and should heal soon.”
