While Shah Rukh Khan and Ekta Kapoor are busy gifting swanky and super expensive BMWs to the star cast of Ra.One and The Dirty Picture, Chitrangda Singh believes in doing things differently. After having entered the big league of heroines after her latest release Desi Boyz, the actress has just got herself a big white BMW. Chitrangda may not have done many films, but she surely is following the industry’s mantra of living life queen size.
Chitrangda made her proud purchase a week ago and is excited about it. “I think she totally deserves to pamper herself. The diva has been working hard and is making a gradual progress as far as the number game in Bollywood goes. After Desi Boyz she has certainly made a place for herself in this industry. So gifting herself a luxurious car is a feel good gesture and it just fits into the actresses larger-than-life lifestyle,” says our source.
Though Chitrangda isn’t yet too comfortable driving around in the city, she surely intends to learn and make her way through. The base price of a BMW starts at a whopping `35 lakhs. That’s an investment that only top-notch actors can afford.
