Magic in a bottle

On the Freezeframe face serum that is making headlines for being one of the most powerful wrinkle-busting cream around
Like Freezeframe, there are many creams in the market which claim to deliver results comparable to Botox. As per the claims Freezeframe if used for several weeks regularly can treat wrinkles upto 30 per cent. But as compared to this botox treats dynamic lines completely for four to six months. Also Botox is US FDA approved for treating dynamic wrinkles, but these creams are not. These creams might tempt a few, but the results of Botox are incomparable.
Warning signs
Some of the signs of ageing include change in skin texture and hydration level. The skin gets drier and patchy. There is hyperpigmentation in the form of melasma, freckles and sunspots start showing. Fine lines start developing around the eyes called crows feet. Forehead wrinkles set in, laugh lines get deeper, neck wrinkles appear and skin becomes loose.
The right age
The skin starts showing signs of ageing at the age of 25 to 30. These changes become more pronounced after 30 to 35 years. It is possible that your skin looks older than your chronological age and vice versa. So if you observe ageing signs at 25 years, you can start using the right products.
For best results
Anti-ageing creams should be used long term for better results. Topical creams have a limited role in collagen remodelling and neo collagen formation. They can soften fine lines but to lift and fill wrinkles, one needs to take help of laser technology and radiofrequency treatments like Thermage and Scarlet.
Side effects
Some anti-ageing creams contain hydroxy acids, retinoic acid and other exfoliating agents that may photosensitise the skin. These creams should be applied at night in the right quantity. If applied during the day or in excess they can result in redness and skin irritability.
