Manish steps out of Comedy
It’s not been more than two weeks since Vipul Shah’s new show Comedy Circus Ka Tansen went on air, but it seems the show’s contestants are already beginning to feel the heat. Comedian Manish Paul, who is one among the eight jodis participating in the show, has finally stepped out of the show due to its long shooting schedules. Incidentally, Manish was brought in as a replacement for Paresh Ganotra, who made an exit from the show along with his partner Shibani Kashyap.
But now with Manish also stepping out, the show’s future seems to be bleak. Manish blames it on the format, which according to him stretches the shooting hours. “There are just too many artists on the show. And this stretches the shooting schedule. It was too much for me to follow,” he says.
While Manish claims the reason behind his leaving the show was his deteriorating health, our sources tells us that the actor was kicked out of Comedy Ka Tansen because of his tantrums. Manish denies anything like that. “Why would I throw tantrums? Whenever the producers and I have a problem we sit together and talk,” he says and adds he had already shot for the first episode of Comedy. “After that I had informed Shah about my illness and that I wouldn’t be able to continue with the show,” he says. “I was surprised by Shah’s sweetness. He told me to take care of my health and promised me a place in the next season of the show.”
