Music launch brings SRK and Aamir closer

It is no secret that Aamir and Shah Rukh Khan aren’t the best of friends. The two haven’t shared the same space — on and off screen for the longest time, making an exception only for the multi-starrer song in Bombay Talkies.

But there is another event that the two actors recently made an exception for. The music launch party of Yamla Pagla Deewana 2. SRK and Aamir were seen posing together for the shutterbugs and even exchanged notes. One of the biggest reasons for them coming together is their respect for the veteran actor Dharmendra. But there’s also someone else who inspired the reunion — Juhi Chawla. The actress who is good friends with both the actors was apparently instrumental in bringing the two together again.
The Deols who had invited a host of guests (Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Riteish Deshmukh were among those present) were overwhelmed. In fact, Sunny and Bobby, who had practised a little jig for the event were unable to perform, since the stage was swarmed by the celebs. Truly celebrating the centenary, are we?
