Raise your vibration

Everything in this universe is energy, says science and the wise including humans. We are nothing, but energy beings that communicate with this world through vibrations mystically. We are connected to each other and our environment through these mystic waves or vibrations.

Subconsciously, we attract everything: the good and the bad. The upside is that this gives us the choice to attract the right stuff whether it is love, peace, healing, harmony or abundance provided our frequencies are attuned so. The question is to be in the awareness to remember to uplift ourselves into the higher frequency when day to day challenges or crisis strikes us. Here are ways you can raise your vibrational plane.

Connect with nature: Mother Nature has healing energies. Plants and tress absorb our negativity and transform it into the good chi and good cheer. On lower energy days watering your garden or your plants may be a good idea. Walking in natural surroundings, or simply sit on the grass. Hugging trees is an ancient remedy to healing lower energies. If these are difficult one gift oneself Flowers or a money plant.

EAT IN AWARENESS: Turning green or vegan can often detoxify our lower selves. Foods that uplift the mood and eventually your vibrations include a handful of nuts, herbs, fresh fruits and vegetables. For those who cannot can savour a chicken soup. Most importantly eat in awareness and ask your intuition to guide you to foods you need.

GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP: Nothing beats a good’s nights rest to heal the lower energies. Our soul repairs itself in the night. The ways of the subconscious to heal the spirit are mystic but powerful.

MOVE YOUR BODY: Our bodies affect our behaviour. If we have slouched in our chairs or have been static all day our vibrations seems to be dull. Try giving yourself a good shimmy shake visualising negative energy falling off like dry leaves do in the autumn while a new revived energy surfaces.

PRAYER: Prayers are whispers of the burdened heart to the divine within and without. When we get stuck with how our problems should solve we don’t allow creativity and wisdom to show us the way. Hence No matter what bothers you light a candle, meditate a bit and ask for a solution for your highest and best and allow your lower self to trust the higher self to see and understand things.

HELP OTHERS: Often we are all self-obsessed with our own life our problems our goals and our relationships and everything about us. However if can shift our focus on how we can serve others in whatever little way we can one can notice what magic it rubs off on your own self. Helping someone is like making your soul smile by your action unto another.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE: When you are low, reach for the one above you for inspiration. Consciously choose positive environments to stay uplifted energetically.

APPRECIATE: Appreciate your life as best as you can. Appreciate the little things. Appreciate the situations and challenges you are faced with.

DREAM: Allow yourself to dream… your dreams are your driving force, the purpose for our existence.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
